The Alien Wants to Welcome You with a Slimy Face Huggin’

Picsart 24 08 20 14 27 55 802 minOut of all the Alien films that have been, I cannot decipher which is more gruesome and viler. Isn’t that something to say considering that it seems like they keep finding ways to add tails, heads, bones, and all different types of parts to make these aliens look more frightening and utterly disgusting? LOL! But we still enjoy them all now, don’t we? The face hugger was seen in previous films and to know what it is capable of doing and implanting inside of a human being is astronomical, to say the least, what happened to Navarro when the face hugger attacked her was simply out of mind, but it is to be expected in a movie such as this one. I was livid at watching that little alien come alive and grow into the absolute colossal creature that I have ever seen in all of the films combined!

Rain & Andy

Picsart 24 08 20 14 27 15 305 minIn the film, Rain plays the role of the protagonist, but what about her brother Andy? That’s a question I’d like to leave open for your interpretation. It’s a thought-provoking query, and I enjoy maintaining an element of mystery in my reviews. Moving on, Rain and Andy make a formidable team, with Rain consistently supporting her non-human brother. Andy’s transformation and his initiative to develop a new escape plan for the spaceship raise the question of whether the outcome will match his intentions. Rain demonstrates her exceptional intellect, meticulous planning, and unwavering determination to secure a better world and sunlight for herself and Andy, establishing herself as the driving force behind their mission.

The Return of the Xenomorph

Picsart 24 08 20 14 26 11 345 minThis alien creature has been in so many films that it was NO shocker to see it come face-to-face with Rain. Did she survive? Do you think that YOU would have survived against it? How do you even begin to conquer it? I could ask question after question after question about this unexplainable creature and still have many answers for you – or maybe just one simple one of, “I don’t know, or hell no!” To have this thing get close up in my face and breathe on me would scare the skin off me and I would look away as Rain did because I would not be that strong and tough to look something like this in the eyes to begin to try and conquer it. To save myself … to save someone I love? To make a split-second decision? Could you think fast like that? Like, really!

Bloody & Slimy Romulus Remarks

Picsart 24 08 20 14 13 22 760 minRain ends the film on a very good note saying what needs to be said. Out of all the characters on the space probe, whom do you think all survived? Was it just one person or two? Three? The movie wasn’t as predictable as you’d think it was. I can definitely appreciate them adding some shocking surprises and unexpected twists in the film for the audiences!  They do trick you in some scenes in the film and I’M THANKFUL FOR THAT because it keeps you on your toes on what is or isn’t going to happen next. I will admit that, but if seeing this film in 3D is an option, I would not choose it, because I would not want to see any of these creatures up close and personal like that. Sorry! Enjoy, everyone!!
